About Ordering
Can I customize the size of my bedsheets?
Absolutely! We can tailor the size to fit your needs. Please send us a message in the chat so we can assist you.
How to Order?
Here are the steps on how to place/create an order:
- Log in to your account or create a new account if you haven’t registered yet
- Browse through our collections and select the item you want to purchase.
- Select the quantity, color/design, and size located on the product page.
- Click on the “Add to Cart” button. A pop-up will appear that your product has been successfully added to your cart. You may continue shopping or if you are satisfied with your order, you can click on the“View cart” and click “Check out” to proceed.
- The page will refresh to show you a summary and total of all your purchases.
- Enter your shipment and billing details on the check address form and click “Continue to Payment”
- On the Payment page, you will be asked to choose one from three (3) modes of payment: Credit, Debit, and E-wallets
- Once done, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed successfully with an Order reference number. Please note that once your order has been submitted, it cannot be altered.

BedSheets dimensions are as follows for your reference (Length x Height inches) :
- Single – 36x75in
- Semi Double/Double -48x75in
- Full Double – 54x75in
- Queen – 60×75 in
- King – 72x75in, 72x78in
Do you customize pillow?
We only have standard pillow sizes per model.
Can you place my order here in website through chat?
All order products here on our website must be placed by the customer itself. Prior to placing orders, there are required personal information from the customer that must be filled out.
Can I change my order?
Please note that once your order has been submitted, it cannot be altered. If you want to change any details of your order you must submit order cancellation request in our website.
Return and Exchanges
How can I return or exchange an item?
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:
Visit the Uratex Online Store at vanyoem.com.
Log in to your account using your email and password.
Click on your profile and go to your Order History. Select the order you wish to return or refund by clicking on the order reference number.
Click “Refund Order”, fill out the refund request form, and select the reason for the return.
Submit your request by clicking “Refund Order”.
Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the status of your request. A Uratex customer service representative may also contact you via call or text to assist with the process.
Please Note:
All returned items will undergo quality control and assessment to verify their condition.
What are the valid reasons for return and exchange?
Valid Reasons for Returns & Exchanges
Vanyo accepts returns and refunds only for the following valid reasons:
Faulty, defective, or damaged product
Incorrect item delivered
Item with missing parts or accessories
Policy on Size Exchanges
As a customer courtesy, we may consider size exchanges under the following conditions:
Item Condition: The item must be returned in new, unused, and good condition, as certified by our Operations team.
Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the pick-up fee.
Pick-up Process: Once an exchange is approved, the item will be scheduled for pick-up within 7 days.
Final Approval: Please note that pick-up does not guarantee the exchange. The exchange will only be finalized upon the Operations team’s certification that the item is in acceptable condition.
Credit Voucher: Once approved, you will receive an online credit voucher, which must be used within 3 days.
Order Cancellation Policy & Procedure
You may request to cancel your order, provided it has not yet been scheduled for delivery.
To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

Log in to your account using your registered email and password.

Click on your profile, navigate to your Order History, and select the relevant order by clicking its reference number.

Click the “Cancel Order” button, complete the cancellation form with your reason, and finalize your request by clicking “Cancel Order”.
Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the status of your request. A Uratex customer service representative may also contact you for further assistance if needed.
Please Note: All cancellation requests are subject to approval. Kindly monitor your email for updates on your request.

How to use Bedlinenstudio Refund Voucher?
Vanyo will send you a voucher code that you can use for website purchase only. To claim, kindly use the code upon checkout, please ensure to consume all amounts/purchase more than your voucher amount and settle the excess amount during checkout out otherwise it will be forfeited. The voucher is 1 time use only.
When will I get my refund?
Please note that the timeframe below starts when your request has been approved by Bedlinenstudio.
- Credit / Debit card – within maximum of 60 days depending on your bank
- Voucher – 1 to 2 days

How much is shipping fee?
The actual shipping fee will appear upon check out process. The shipping fee will depend on the dimension and weight of the product. You may check further details on the checkout option.
Do you have free shipping fee?
Please note that all orders from the Uratex Online Store are subject to a shipping fee. This fee is calculated based on the product’s dimensions and weight. The exact amount will be displayed during the checkout process.
Please be aware that for promotions featuring “Free Shipping,” the cost has already been incorporated into the item’s price.
Can I schedule my delivery date?
Yes, you can schedule your preferred delivery date by reaching out on our customer service in website chat box.
Note : Request delivery date should be after the 3 days standard delivery lead time and excluded all Sundays/ Holidays

How do I track my order?
We are currently working on a system that will provide real time updates for easy tracking of deliveries. In the absence of such, you will received a sms notification on the day of the delivery date. You may also reach out to our customer service in website chat box for any delivery follow ups.

What type of payment card do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. You can securely complete your purchase using all major credit and debit cards supported by Visa and Mastercard, as well as through PayPal.
Do you have Cash on delivery?
Apology, currently cash on delivery is not yet available for all online purchase.

Can I wash my Bedsheets?
Simple Bedding Care Guide
To maintain your bedding in optimal condition, please check the fabric content via the care label on the product or the product details page before washing, and refer to the recommendations below:
Pure Cotton
Machine wash gently in cold water, separate from dark colors.
Avoid bleach. Tumble dry on low heat or line dry.
Tencel/Lyocell
Always machine wash gently in cold water. Do not use fabric softener.
Do not wring or tumble dry. It is best to hang dry while damp.
Linen
Machine wash gently or hand wash in cold water. Some shrinkage may occur during the first wash.
Ironing while slightly damp yields the best results.
Polyester/Blends
Can be machine washed normally. Wrinkle-resistant and quick-drying.
Tumble dry on low heat if needed. Use a low heat setting for ironing.
General Tip: For the first wash, we recommend a separate cold water rinse. Please feel free to contact our customer service if you have any questions.
What are the care instructions shown in the stickers placed in your monoblock?
Cotton: Typically has comprehensive care symbols (suitable for washing, ironing at medium/high heat, and tumble drying). It may often specify “Machine wash warm” and “Tumble dry medium.”
Tencel/Lyocell: Common care instructions include “Machine wash cold,” “Do not tumble dry,” “Lay flat to dry,” and “Do not use fabric softener.”
Linen: Generally safe for washing, but often labeled with “May shrink during first wash” and recommends “Iron on high heat.”
Silk/Wool: Usually marked with “Dry clean only” or “Hand wash cold.”
What's the difference between regular bedsheets and high-end bedsheets?
Standard Cotton: Uses shorter fibers, resulting in a good balance of softness and durability at an accessible price point.
Premium Cottons (Egyptian, Pima, Xinjiang): Known for their extra-long staple fibers. This creates a fabric that is exceptionally soft, strong with a smooth, lustrous finish, and highly resistant to pilling.
